Kertauksen ilosta vielä ilta(roska)lehden vouhotusta parin vuoden takaa:

Uusnatsit konserttikiertueelle Suomeen
3.1.2008 14:49

Helsingissä konsertti on 31. tammikuuta.

Kielletty Saksassa

Saksassa vanhoja natseja ihannoiva, rasistinen, murhiin kehottava tai jotain kansaryhmää vastaan kiihottava musiikki on kielletty. Poliisi keskeyttää usein yrityksiä järjestää kiellettyjä konsertteja, joilla uusnatsit yrittävät kalastella nuoria kannattajikseen.

Saksan kymmenet uusnatsibändit, joita on vaikea erottaa muista raskaan metallin yhtyeistä, ovat lakimiesten avulla oppineet muovaamaan vihaa lietsovat tekstinsä niin, että ne rimaa hipoen pysyvät laillisella puolella.

Saksassa useita uusnatsibändejä on tuomittu ja niiden toiminta on kielletty oikeudessa. Silti Saksassa arvioidaan toimivan noin 120 äärioikeistolaisia, yleensä raskasta rockia tai metallia soittavaa yhtyettä.

Blood & Honour Suomi Finland News 2004

Blood & Honour issue 31

Blood & Honour Finland:

This year's biggest event in Finland was the ISD memorial, which was held in Helsinki city central 23.10.2004. The line-up included Finland's own spearhead Mistreat and two fantastic bands from England, White law and Brutal attack. The audience started to gather around about at 8 pm. and the turn out was excellent in Finnish scale. There was more than 250 people, but less than 300. What makes this great is that there wasn't many foreigners in that figure, but the hell of a lot first time Finnish people and it seems that Blood and Honour SF's work is finally starting to pay off. The biggest groups of foreigners came from our southern brother nation Estonia and from our western neighbours Sweden. Mistreat kicked off the show and where once again brilliant. They played almost completely their new albums, Never forgive - Never forget, material, which is due to be released in the beginning of 2005, hopefully not later than February. And of course they spiced up the performance with a good bunch of their evergreen hits from their early albums. After Mistreat came Brutal attack, and what a show! Dozens of people turned up for this band and afterwards I haven't heard a single one of them who was disappointed. They started calmly with the ballad Embers of yesterday, like they had planned to gather everyone in the front of the stage. After this the speakers started to roar the riffs of Tales of glory and the crowd simply lost their mind. That started the fireworks that didn't see its end before they stepped down from the stage. We heard most of their biggest hits through out the years including, Let it burn, RAC, As the drum beats, Put your hands in my hands and the song that finishes nearly all of their shows, Alright now. Only one time during their set the audience settled a little bit down. That was during the song that reminded we all why we where gathered up that night. Always near for Ian Stuart. They played totally about 12 songs and then Ken had to stop, because one week before he got stabbed in the neck at work. There was stitches and it started to bother him that much that the audience was shouting encore for nothing. A big salute goes to this band that despite of the stabbing was able to perform a one of the most memorable shows in the Finnish RAC history. After this performance it was White law's time to take an audience. If it were any other not so experienced group, they would have been horrified after BA's show. They also played a lot of material from their forth-coming album. The difference between these two other bands was, that the singer, Benny, talk to the audience more and got a relation to the audience, when the two first bands talked less and let the guitars do the talking. We heard all the old White law classics, such as Fetch the noose, Take the salute and Pride and dignity etc. The biggest crowd pleaser in the new songs was definitely this jolly tune Kick the reds in. Benny told the audience how the chorus goes and asked them to sing along it, and that was exactly what they did. The atmosphere was phenomenal when the people were reaching the microphone and shouted their throats soar the lyrics. In the middle of the wild party, Benny reminded all the folks why we were all gathered up and quieted the audience down for one minute's silence for Ian Stuart. After the silence the guitars started to roar again, lifting the atmosphere even closer to the roof. When they finally announced that they are going to stop the show, the audience didn't agree at all. They forced them to continue, which they did, by playing few of the most wanted White law hits from the night, including the new Kick the reds in. What a fantastic live band they were. Just when everyone thought that it was time to pull the gear together and go home, it wasn't. Mistreat climbed up for the second time and played few of their older hits, in order to squeeze the last juices from everyone who still could stand. What a fantastic bands, what a fantastic night this was, with lots of new faces involved!!

7.11.2004. B&H SF's security member Niemi took part in a worldwide bench press competition. It was only his second competition and he was gettin some more experience from the event. With three attempts the best was his last round's result when he lifted up 250kg, but under the tight powerlifting regulations, the lift was too unbalanced and it was disqualified. So the official result approved, was his earlier round's result 235 kg. Anyway, well done Niemi and better and stronger next time.
18.12.2004 The Kouvola B&H clubhouse organized a pre-Christmas party. It was supposed to be a small party, but finally 150 people turned up and it was a hell of a good party. At the clubhouse were two bands, Mistreat and our new B&H band from central Finland Jyväskylä, White Minority, playing. White Minority played their first gig with the complete line-up and where overwhelmed with the very good response they got. Mistreat played a long set including mainly their Finnish language songs and some older hits that never fail. For the people that got hungry in the middle of the party, we had a 50kg-roasted pig on the table that everyone was free to take. Once again there was many people who haven't been at our events before, and B&H SF's e-mail have had many thanking e-mails for organizing such a great event and all have been unanimous about the fact that they were welcomed warmly and in such a friendly way into the movement. All have said that they will be at our next event for sure.

Mistreat

MISTREAT, THOSE CRAZY GEEZERS FROM FINLAND, ARE ABOUT TO ENTER THE STUDIO TO RECORD THERE 8TH STUDIO ALBUM, SET FOR RELEASE IN EARLY 2005. FORMED IN KOUVOLA IN THE EASTERN PART OF FINLAND IN 1988, THE LADS HAVE BEEN GIGGING FOR OVER 15 YEARS NOW, AND ARE STILL SHOWING NO SIGNS OF SURRENDER. WE RECENTLY HAD THE PLEASURE OF JOINING THEM FOR A BEER OR 19 AT A GIG IN FRANCE, SO WITHOUT FURTHER ADEW, LETS CATCH UP ON THE LATEST NEWS WITH MISTREAT...
1) GREETINGS COMRADES! IT’S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE WE HAVE HEARD FROM YOU! WHAT HAVE YOU LADS BEEN UP TO?
Well, just the usual stuff you know, drinking, working, drinking, fighting, drinking, problems with the law, e.t.c. But seriously, just mainly been busy with our families and jobs, e.t.c.

2 KYLLA, KYLLA! WE KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN THERE! THESE THINGS JUST HAVE TO BE DONE! HAVE YOU HAD MUCH TIME FOR ANY GIGS LATELY?
Well despite living busy lives, we can always still make time for gigs, even though Muke and Miika live in Sweden, Pete lives in Finland, and Paul lives in England, it’s still no problem. With the various line ups we’ve had, we’ve pretty much played in most of the white nations, including Estonia, France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Sweden, England, Wales, Italy, Spain, and a few times in America as well. We’ve recently been offered more gigs throughout Europe, and we will soon be playing back in the USA later on this year.

3) VAI NIIN! WE HOPE TO SEE YOU PLAYING AGAIN HERE SOON IN SUNNY ENGLAND! SO TELL US, HOW’S THE SKINHEAD SCENE GOING IN FINLAND THESE DAYS?
Well in our opinion it’s one of the best in Europe, there’s no doubt about that! We usually have about one big gig every month featuring different European or American bands, and occasionally a few smaller WP and Oi! gigs as well. We now have clubhouses in Kouvola, Tampere, and Orivesi, and are always on the lookout for more suitable premises for future clubrooms. We have about 1500 Skin’s here in Finland, with five active B&H chapters in Helsinki, Kouvola, Joensuu, Jyvaskyla, and Tampere.

4) SE ON VAIN HYVAA! FINLAND HAS PRODUCED SOME BLOODY GREAT BANDS, INCLUDING HATECRIME, SNIPER, BRUTAL SKINS, ENDUPDEAD, FATAL STRIKE, WIKING DIV, E.T.C. ARE THERE ANY NEW FINNISH BANDS IN THE WORKS
We have a new band from Jvaskyla called White Minority, who have juststarted out, and are doing quite well for themselves. Unfortunately a lot of young bands come onto the scene, do a couple of gigs, then get knocked down and quit. The younger bands tend to lack the confidence needed to keep the flame of music alive, which really is a shame, because there’s a lot of great talent here. We find ourselves if we get hit with a problem, we solve it, and then come back even stronger. We’ve been going for about 16 years now, and are still going strong.

5) ERINOMAINEN! SO WE HEAR THAT YOU HAVE A NEW CD IN THE MAKING! TELL US MORE...
Yes, that’s true. We haven’t released a full-length studio album since Battle cry in 2001, so it’s about time we released a new cd. We have about 13 new songs that we will be recording sometime around August. It’s going to be sounding great, right back to the sound of the early Mistreat stuff. We hope to have it released sometime in early 2005, and we are sure you guys are not going to be disappointed!

6) ME ODOTAMME KUULLA SIITA PIAN! SO COMRADES, WHAT ARE THE PLANS FOR THE FUTURE OF MISTREAT?
Well at least another 15 years of Mistreating! And just to raise healthy, happy families, and to work as hard as possible for our faith, folk, and family. We want to say to all comrades thank’s very much for your support and patience, and remember that ROCK ‘N’ ROLL IS NEVER TO LOUD!!! "WE WILL NEVER FORGIVE, WE WILL NEVER FORGET!!!"

Finland arise!

Blood & Honour issue 26, year 200? (maybe 2003?)

Finland Arise

The Finnish skinhead scene arose in the early 80's. In that time it was a quite small group of guys including about 20-30 skins in the capital of Finland, Helsinki. There were also similar sized groups in a few smaller Finnish cities and towns like Turku and Tampere. It wasn't until the late 80's and early 90's when the scene really started
to grow. More and more young skins were popping up in the big cities as well as in the smaller towns.
The first skinhead gig took place in 92' in the suburb of Espoo, right next to Helsinki. A Swedish skinhead band Agent bulldog was up on the stage. The band members were friends with some older skins from Helsinki, who organized the gig. It wasn't a magnificent place for the bands to play nor for the audience to watch, but it was an
important event. It was THE FIRST gig and it was successful. A crowd of 130 skinheads at one place at the same time was unparalleled in those days and it really made the organizers believe that anything could be possible.
After that event it was obvious that the gigs were needed to bring together the skins from all over Finland, the demand was certainly strong. After that we started to organize gigs every now and then with the few Finnish bands, MISTREAT being the flagship already, even back then.
After that, sometime in the mid 90's, another important milestone was achieved. We decided to establish a record label for two main reasons. The most important was that we wanted to put out the Mistreat CD, knowing how brilliant they were and they didn't have a CD out yet and also to start selling music to the skinheads, so that
the skins didn't have to order their music from abroad or listen to the "copies of the copies". That's when we founded ASM.
After founding ASM, the wheels started to roll big time. It was the only label in Finland selling music and the number of skinheads was growing all the time. That was the time to start organizing gigs with the big names of our scene. We organized gigs in fancy nightclubs as well as in the local pubs. Like today, we never knew how good place we got for the next gig. We also had some good regular places where
we were liked as customers but at the moment we don't have any (but don't worry, it's easy for us to find good gig venues even in the centre of Helsinki).
We also put out the first two Mistreat CDs, Pig Killer and End up dead CDs.
I'm not sure if I can remember all the bands that have played here, but at least Midgard Söner, Stonehammer, Aryan, Celtic Warrior, Gesta bellica, Freikorps, Svastika, Totenkopf, Brutal Attack, Bound for Glory, Kraftschlag, Bulldog Breed, English rose, Eye of Odin, Ultima Thule, Fortress, Pluton Svea and Germania have
had a gig in Finland (and some of these bands many times).
We've been asked why we haven't joined B&H, 'cause a lot of bands that have played here have been very satisfied with our ability to arrange gigs where the bands and the audience are very pleased. The main reason was that we used to have our own very strong organisation with one other Finnish town and Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. We had our own rules as well as fancy clubhouses and we were so proud about our own organisation, created by ourselves, that we felt that we didn't need anything more. Now that the times have changed and those days are over; we are very honoured to be accepted into the brotherhood of worldwide B&H divisions. We are the newcomers in this organisation, but in a way we are a very old group with a lot of potential and knowledge on how to give the best to the movement. To all our true B&H comrades throughout the world, WE SALUTE YOU!!
